Safety
The Dynaroll conveyor drums are all pneumatic
so eliminating overheating and electrical
insulation problems. The conveyor can be
adjusted to give a preset stall point in
the event of the conveyor becoming jammed
so eliminating burnt out electric motors.
The noise levels are minimal and will not
be noticeable in a normal factory environment.
Speed
Control
The Dynaroll can have its speed adjusted
by varying the flow of compressed air to
the air motor. The speed can be made to
be instantly changed from fast to slow speed
or slow to fast speed.
Low
Air Consumption
Air consumption of the Dynatork piston driven
motor is positive so giving maximum utilisation
of the air supply. The air pressure can
be reduced to quite low levels which minimises
the air consumption whilst still having
a conveyor which can transmit produce at
a controlled rate.
Maximum Torque
at Start
The
Dynaroll gives maximum torque at start such
that starting under full load from rest
is achieved easily which eliminates the
problems of burnt out electrical motors.

Construction
Materials
The
Dynaroll Conveyor drums are manufactured
in either stainless steel, acetal or aluminium.
They are specifically designed to withstand
chemical cleaning fluids and are totally
sealed. The main bearings have been designed
to be oversize to ensure a very long working
life with minimal maintenance. All bearings
are sealed for life and enclosed within
the drum with seals at both ends to ensure
no oil/grease leakages. The overriding criteria
in the design has been for maximum life
with minimum maintenance.
Environmental
Factors
The Dynaroll can be supplied either for
operation with a lubricated or non lubricated
air supply. The range has been specifically
designed for the food and pharmaceutical
industries where cleanliness is essential.
The noise levels are minimal and the Dynaroll
range of conveyor drums can be hosed down
without detriment to its construction.
Sizes
The Dynaroll conveyor drum comes with a
minimum diameter of 80mm in stainless steel
and upwards to 135mm diameter in either
stainless steel, acetal or aluminium.
